CROCKETT COUNTY SENTINEL VOLUME 76 NUMBER 41 THURSDAY FEBRUARY 3, 1949 BELLS, TENNESSEE FUNERAL--Services for Pvt. Elmer E. GREEN were held at 2 p. m. Friday at Oldfield Methodist Church near Maury City, burial in church cemetery with full military honors. He was killed in action in France November 8, 1944. He entered the service in March of the same year. He leaves his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Bud GREEN and a sister, Mrs. Willie Sue RIDDICK, of Maury City. |
