The Crockett Times, Alamo, and/or Crockett County Sentinel, Bells 25 Dec 1975 Services for Mrs. Kate Green, 87, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. John McCommon officiating. Burial in Bellevernon Cemetery with Friendship Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Green died Tuesday night at Jackson Madison County hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of Clarence Green who preceded her in death many years ago. She was born in Tennessee, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Jesse [& Malissa Jane Bruce] Leggett. She is survived by nieces and nephews.
