The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, April 24, 1947 John Alexander Graves John Alexander Graves passed away at his home near Humboldt on April 13 at 4:20 a.m. at the age of 68. He was a farmer and a member of the Pentecostal Church. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. E. D. Brown of Jackson at 2:30 April 15. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Willie Graves, nine children, Clyde Graves, Mrs. Nina Harris, Jack Graves, Frank Graves, J. D. Graves and Homer Graves, all of Madison County, Mrs. Allie Hampton of Bells, Mrs. Millie Emison of Jackson, Mrs. Willie Sue Heavner of Jackson; one sister, Mrs. Bett Reece of Humboldt. Burial in Antioch Cemetery with Ronk Funeral Home in charge. |
