Services Held Last Sunday For James H. Gorman Funeral services were held last Sunday at Nance's Chapel in Alamo, Tn. for James Henry Gorman of Cooter, Mo. Mr. Gorman died on Oct. 8 at Pemiscot Memorial hospital in Hayti, MO He was 77 Mr. Gorman was a retied frmer who had lived in the Cooter community for 23 y;ears prior to his death. He was born in Gibson Co. Tn. He leaves two sons, Arvil Gorman of Cooter and Billy Gorman of Greenville, Ms. one daugther Mary Miller of Cooter, nine grandchildern and two great grandchildern, also one brother, Lonnie Gorman of Bernie, Mo and two sisters Mrs. Della Knox and Mrs. Kate Avery-both of Alamo , Tn. Burial was at Nance's Chapel in Alamo with German Funeral Home of Steele, Mo in charge of arrangements He is the son of John Gorman and Sallie Ann Betts. The obit don't say but he was born Dec 28 -1887 and died Oct 8 1965
