CROCKETT COUNTY SENTINEL BELLS, TENNESSEE THURSDAY AUGUST 3, 1950 YOUTH DROWNS IN CONLEY POND Services for TRAVIS LEE GEORGE, of the Cross Roads Community, who drowned while swimming in Conley Pond near Alamo Sunday were held Monday at the Methodist Church in Bells, burial in Bellview Cemetery. He was 21 years of age. He is survived by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. HARMON GEORGE; one brother, LAYFORD GEORGE; four sisters, Mrs. LOUISE KIDDIE, AUTIE MAY GEORGE and DELORIS GEORGE of Bells and Mrs. NELLIE SUE HAYNES of Humboldt. |
