Ruth Fisher b. April 20, 1915 - d. December 26, 1991 - buried December 28, 1994 Maury City-- Services for Ruth Fisher, 76, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Halls Funeral Home. Burial will be in Floyd's Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Fisher, a homemaker, died Thursday at Methodist Haywood Park General Hospital in Brownsville. She was married to Johnny Fisher. They had 13 children: Leroy Fisher, Marty Fisher, and Johnny Ray Fisher, all of Memphis, Bobbie Nell Stephenson and Cynthia Eaton of Bartlett, Joann Burks of Halls, Sue Massengill of Dyersburg, Doris Stutts of Humblodt, Ava Morgan of Collierville, Bonnie Williams of Moline, Illinois, James Fisher of San Angelo, Texas, Dan Fisher of Aberdeen, Miss., and Roy Fisher of Starkville, Miss. She was the daughter of William Claude Colston and Cynthia Pierce Colston (both buried in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.) |
