The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, January 2, 1947 Mr. Joe Edwards Funeral services were held in Friendship, Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Evans & Lasiter Funeral Home for Mr. Joe Edwards, who died at the Dyer County Farm, Monday afternoon. Bro. W. C. Skinner conducted services. Mr. Edwards was 78 and a member of the Church of Christ. Burial in Bowen's Chapel cemetery with Evans & Lasiter in charge. He is survived by two half sisters, Mrs. Jim Currin of McKenzie and Mrs. Will Sewell of Friendship. |
