The Crockett Times Alamo, Tennessee Thursday, January 29, 1948 Vol. 15 No. 48 Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Denwiddie who died at the home of Mrs. J. G. Tucker, January 22 at 5:20 a.m., were held at Ronk's Funeral Home on January 23 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Frank Perry as the officiating minister. Mrs. Denwiddie was 68. Burial was at Pond Creek Cemetery with Ronk's Funeral Home in charge. She was a member of the Cairo Church of Christ. The obit spells her last name as Denwiddie, but her tombstone gives her name as Minnie Taylor Dinwiddie. |
