John Oscar Day Obituary

DEATH--Services were held Sunday afternoon at Hunt Funeral Home in Humboldt for John Oscar DAY, 67, who died Friday at St. Mary's Hospital following complications from a fall a few days ago, burial in Sudbury Cemetery. Born in Crockett County, son of the late Jihn and Nora Johnson DAY, he moved to Humboldt 15 years ago. He leaves three daughters, Mrs. Elton ESPEY and Mrs. Lacy HAND, both of Humboldt and Mrs. Geo. LEGGETT, of Chicago; three sons, Linnie DAY, Elgie DAY, and Bennie DAY, all of Humboldt; two sisters, Mrs. Virgie BINKLEY, of Ripley and Mrs. Tennie Hooks BARNES, of Chattanooga; and a brother, Lawson DAY, of Tigrett.
