The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, March 16, 1946 Mrs. Malesia Copher Mrs. Malesia Copher, 65, highly respected lady of the Cairo community, died Tuesday after a long illness. Mrs. Copher was born and reared in the county and was a member of the Baptist Church. Her husband (John); four sons, Henry, Houston, Lloyd, James; one daughter, Mrs. Allene Taylor; three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Buford, Mrs. Mary Cornatzor, Mrs. Pearl Arnold; six brothers, John, Jim, Bob, Hay, Sam and Braden Thomas survive. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Cairo Baptist Church by Rev. J. T. Barker. Interment in Cook's Cemetery. Ronk Funeral Home in charge. |
