CROCKETT COUNTY SENTINEL VOLUME 77 NUMBER 8 THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 29, 1949 BELLS, TENNESSEE DEATH--Services were held Tuesday at Cox Chapel Church of Christ for George Dewey COOK, farmer of the Coxville community, who died at Oursley Clinic following a heart attack, burial in church cemetery. He was 46. Born and reared in the Coxville Community, he leaves his wife, Mrs. Daisy Stewart COOK, of Humboldt; three sons, Duane COOK, Jimmie COOK, and Truett COOK, all of Humboldt; his parents, Samuel J. and Pearl Dunlap COOK, both of Humboldt; two sisters, Mrs. Tommie WILLIAMS, of the Adair community near Bells, Tenn., & Mrs. Fred HOPPER, of Henderson, Tenn.; and two brothers, Norman COOK of Humboldt and M. Eugene COOK, of Memphis. |
