DEATH... Services were held Monday at Cox Chapel Church of Christ for Mrs. ADDIE PEARL COOK of the Coxville Community who died Sunday, burial in Cox Chapel Cemetery. She was 71. Born and reared in Coxville Community, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. DUNLAP. She leaves her husband, SAM J. COOK of Humboldt; a daughter, Mrs. TOMMIE WILLIAMS of Bells; two sons, NORMAN COOK of Humboldt and EUGENE COOK of Bells; a step-daughter, Mrs. FRED HOPPER of Henderson and a brother, MOSE L. DUNLAP of Humboldt.
