The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, July 29, 1937 Mrs. Robt. Brooks Carter Mrs. Robert Brooks Carter, 71, highly respected woman of near Maury City, died Monday in the community where she had lived all of her life. Her husband died nine years ago. Three children survive. She was a member of Pond Creek Methodist church. Interment was at Robertson graveyard Tuesday. Services by Revs. B. P. York and J. C. W. Nunn. A fine tribute was paid the deceased by Mrs. Mollie Burnett, a life-long friend. Goosmann, undertakers in charge. |
