Mrs. Nannie Carman

Services for Mrs. Nannie Carman, who died at the home of her son, Charles Carman at noon Tuesday, were held at 2 Wednesday afternoon at the Friendship Baptist Church, the Rev. W. C. Skinner officiating. Burial in Sudbury Cemetery with Sudbury Funeral Home in charge. She was 70.

Mrs. Carman was born in Crockett County. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She leaves two other sons, R. C. Carman of Cottonwood Point, Mo., and Bill Carman of Alamo; two daughters, Mrs. Drucilla Hopper and Mrs. Franklin Moore of Alamo; two brothers, J. W. Robbins of Alamo and George Robbins of California, and two sisters, Mrs. Sallie Hodge of Gadsden and Mrs. Betty Kail of Alamo.


Nancy (Nannie) Robbins was the daughter of Solomon H. O. Robbins and Mary A. (Mollie) Copher. She married William J. Carman.
