W. J. Burrow

Services for W. J. Burrow, retired farmer of Crockett County who died Tuesday night at his home here, will be held Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in the Sudbury Cemetery with Sudbury Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Burrow, who was 75, was born in Crockett County and had been a resident of the county all of his life. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He leaves two sons, John Henry and Ruben Burrow of Maury City; six daughters, Mrs. E. D. Norman, Halls; Mrs. W. C. Hawkins, of Friendship; Mrs. Irma Hardin, of Stanton; Mrs. Rupert Agee, Maury City; Mrs. Gladys Siler of Eaton and Margaret Sue Burrow of Friendship; two brothers, Jim Burrow of Friendship and Sol Burrow, Lenox and two sisters, Mrs. Mary White of Milan and Mrs. Laura Hammond of Maury City.


William "Jesse" Burrow was the son of John B. Burrow & Emily Frances "Fanny" Agee. He married 8 Feb 1894 in Crockett Co. to Flora Ann Jenkins.
