Roy Hudson Burnett Obituary

Roy H. Burnett--Services for Roy Hudson Burnett were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. W. C. Skinner officiating. Burial was in Sudbury Cemetery with Thompson Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Burnett, who was 49, died of a heart ailment at his home in Friendship. He was a farmer and a member of Barker's Chapel Baptist Church. Mr. Burnett leaves his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Dillard Williams of Montgomery, Ala., and Linda Ann Burnett of Friendship; a son, Loyal Burnett of Friendship; a sister, Mrs. J. T. Trull of Jackson, Tenn.; three brothers, Wesley Burnett of Friendship, Willie Burnett of Tigrett, Tenn., and Porter Burnett of Crockett Mills, Tenn.
