The Crockett Times Alamo, Tennessee Thursday, December 9, 1948 Vol. 16 No. 41 Mrs. Mary Broglin--Services for Mrs. Mary Broglin were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church in the Chestnut Bluff community, near Halls. Burial was in South Fork Cemetery with Sudbury Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Broglin, who was 85, died at the home of her grandson, W. H. Burse, near Maury City. Death was due to cerebral hemorrhage. She was a member of the Chestnut Bluff First Christian Church. She leaves three sons, R. P. Burse of Ridgely, Willie Burse of Halls, and Ewell Broglin of Friendship; four daughters, Mrs. Chester Little of Halls, Mrs. Emma Chronister of Friendship, Mrs. Sam Coburn of Alamo and Mrs. Walter Armstrong of New York. |
