The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, October 2, 1947 William W. Bohannon William W. Bohannon died at his home Friday at 11 a.m. He was 62. Born in Leadwood, Mo., he came to Crockett County 25 years ago. Before coming here he was a miner. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Bessie Bohannon, a son, Lydle Bohannon of Friendship, five brothers, John Bohannon of Brownsville, Jim Bohannon of Leadwood, Mo., Henry Bohannon of Frank City, Mo., George Bohannon of Totosi, Mo., Criss Bohannon of Tulsa, Okla. Funeral services were held Monday at 11 a.m. at Floyd's Chapel, Rev. John W. Lorance of Maury City officiating. Burial in Church Cemetery. Sudbury Funeral Home in charge. |
