The Crockett Times, Alamo, and/or Crockett County Sentinel, Bells 1 Aug 1974 Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Willie Banks, 82, were held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Ronk Funeral Home with Rev. Gayle Alexander officiating. Burial in Maury City Cemetery. Mrs. Banks died Friday morning at Care Inn Nursing Home in Memphis after a long illness. She was born in Crockett County near Maury City. She leaves one son, Rev. Warren G. Banks of Memphis; one sister, Mrs. Lucy Henley of Memphis; two grandchildren.
