The Crockett Times Alamo, Tennessee Thursday, March 15, 1951 Vol. 19 No. 3 MRS. ESTELLE AGEE Services for Mrs. Estelle Agee, 73, who died at her home in Halls Friday were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Floyd's Chapel Methodist Church, near Maury City by Rev. Jonas Stewart. Burial was in the church cemetery with Garner's Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Agee was born in Crockett County but spent most of her life in Lauderdale County. She leaves three sons, Claude, Romice and Leroy Agee all of Memphis; a daughter, Mrs. Vera Patton of San Antonio, Texas and two sisters, Mrs. Ada Riddick and Mrs. Ida Agee, both of Maury City. Estelle Mary Richardson Agee was the daughter of Robert (Bob) Richardson and Elizabeth Anne (Annie) Sanders. She married 27 Sep 1892 in Crockett Co. to James "Marion" Agee. |
