Death of John D. Johnson
On Sept. 25 at Cumberland Gap, Mr. J.D. Johnson, while endeavoring to board the accommodation train to Harrogate fell and fractured his skull, from the effects of which he died a few hours later. Mr. Johnson worked in Tazewell several years at the saddle business, and was considered the best workman in this section. He leaves a wife, who has our sympathy in her hours of bereavement.
Married—-On last Saturday night, at the home of the bride, Mr. Wood Noe to Miss Mary Burke, daughter of Jonathan Burke. Square Stone performed the ceremony. Hope the couple success.
