Price of Carroll County Tennessee make and ordain this my last will and Testament.<br \/>\nFirst I wish my burial Expences and debts paid.<br \/>\nSecond I leave my daughter Jane O McLean the following slaves Nelson Emeline &amp; her increase Louisa &amp; her increase &amp; a Negro Boy Jin during the life of my Daughter Jane A. Mc Lean &amp; at her death to her children &amp; their heirs forever.<br \/>\nThird. I lend to my daughter Amanda C. Price the following slaves Levi &amp; Charles Frank a Boy Julia &amp; her Children &amp; her future increase during the life of my daughter Amanda C. Price &amp; at her death to her children and their heirs forever.<br \/>\nFourth I give to my son Wm. B. Price to him &amp; his heirs forever the following slaves Pinckney Alfred and Nancy &amp; her increase also a sorrell colt named Cate I also give my son Wm. P. S. Price my present tract of land whereon I now live to him and his heirs forever. I desire the land to be rented out untill Wm. P. S. Price shall have attained to the age of 21 years &amp; the proceeds of the rent to go towards the board &amp; Education of Wm. P. S. Price and Amanda C. Price untill shall otherwise dispose of herself I desire she shall have a home in my house my large silver table spoons I desire Amanda C. Price to have (they were her mothers and was her request). My silver desert and tea spoons I give to Wm. P. S. Price my beds and furniture my house hold and kitchen utensils I wish equally divided between Amanda C. Price &amp; Wm P. S. Price my two children my stock of every discription and plantation affairs of every kind I wish equally divided between my daughter Jane O. McLean Amanda C. Price &amp; Wm. P. S. Price my crops of every discription on my plantation I wish also equally divided among my three children above enumerated all money that may be on hand at my death or bonds or notes that may be due me I wish divided equally between Amanda C. Price &amp; Wm. P. S. Price my two children I leave Enisly N. McLean my Executor to this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand &amp; affixed my seal this 22nd day of March 1859.<\/p>\n<p>Wm. B.
