State of Tennessee Carroll County March 31st 1863<\/p>\n
I Allen Ozier a citizen of Carroll County & State of Tennessee do make and ordain this instrument to be my last will and testament revoking all other<\/p>\n
1st I give my soul to God who gave it and my body to the earth from whence it was taken<\/p>\n
2nd As to my debts which is but few thank God I want paid first of all.<\/p>\n
3rd I give and bequeath to James Washington Ozier one half of all the remaining Estate and I will and bequeath to Anny Ozier the other half for fear there may be some contention as to the two I intend will say Loid Oziers children by his first wife James W. & Anny.<\/p>\n
4th In the last place I appoint John Mc Auly Executor of this my last will and testament<\/p>\n
In testimony whereof I have hereunto put my name and affixed my seal this the day and above written.<\/p>\n

At the above term of the County Court of Carroll County the foregoing was duly probated by the testamy of subscribing witness as the last will & Testament of Allen Ozier decd & ordered to be received the forgoing being a copy test.<\/p>\n
