I Elizabeth Mc Spadden being in my right mind do make this my last will and testament revoking all other &c<\/p>\n
1st my will is that all my debts shall be paid out of any money that may be on hand or the first that is collected.<\/p>\n
2nd My will is that my daughter Cornelia Amanda the wife of Henry Jackson shall have an equal share of my estate with the rest of my children<\/p>\n
3rd My will is that my daughter Martha Elizabeth the wife of James Porter shall have an equal share of my estate for the use of her & her 3 oldest children by her former husband Frances Hames<\/p>\n
4th My will is that my daughter Nancy Pollard formerly the wife of O. C. Pollard shall have an equal share of my Estate her & her two children Wallace & Deck exclusively for their use and benefit
\nI also will and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Pollard formerly the wife of O C Pollard my Roan Horse<\/p>\n
5th My will is that S. C. Cudd and Wm. Walker be my Executors to this my last will & testament to wind up my estate as above directed<\/p>\n
Given under my hand and seal this 29th of June 1863<\/p>\n
