In the name of God Amen I Stokely H. Enochs being sound in memory blessed be God do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in the words following to wit, first I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Jane Enochs a negro Girl named Mariah, and her further Increase during her natural life or widdowhod then to be equally divided my heirs Miles I Enochs Thomas T. Enochs Jason A Enochs, Marjory A. Enochs also one Bay Mare, Three Beds and furniture One Beaurow I give to Jane Enochs my wife Second I further will that all the rest of my property be Sold at Public auction on a credit of Twelve months for the use of my heirs above named after paying all my just Debts I also nominate and appoint Jane Enochs my wife and Thompson Enochs as Executors to this my Last Will and Testament<\/p>\n
Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of us this fifteenth day of November in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six.<\/p>\n
