He attended the May term of Federal Court in Chattanooga and caught a severe cold, it is said, and had since been confined to his room. Deceased was 57 years old and had lived in this city 15 or 20 years, coming here from Georgia. He is survived by two children \u2013 a son and a daughter, Mrs. John Rymer, of this city and John Cochran, of Georgia. For a number of years he was proprietor of the famous depot saloon.
