I need info on my Carson line if anyone can help.<\/p>\n<p>Robert A. Carson married Rutha Jane Burns 7 May 1857 in Bradley County,TN.She was the daughter of Geroge M. Burns (born in Buncombe County, NC abt 1794 &#8211; living in Bradley County in 1860 &#8211; died Whitfield County, GA 1868) and Elizabeth Raper (born abt 1801 probably Blount County, TN &#8211; died Whitfield County, GA)<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth was the daughter of Jacob Raper, Sr.( born abt 1747 in Yorkshire, England &#8211; died abt 1840 in Bradley County TN) and Elizabeth Gray ( born abt 1750 in Guliford County, NC &#8211; died in Bradley County, TN )<\/p>\n<p>George M. Burns and Elizabeth Raper were married in Blount County TN 14 Feb 1818.<\/p>\n<p>Children of Robert A. Carson and Rutha Jane Burns:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Emmett M. Carson Cate (Dr. C.G) &#8211; 24 Feb 1879<\/p>\n<p>George Wyatt Carson married Eula Neal Wood, of Cleveland, Bradley County, TN &#8211; 11 Jan 1893 . They moved to Columbus, Lowndes County, MS where he was employed with C.&amp; G.(Columbus &amp; Greenville) Railroad as a locomotive engineer. Carson &#8211; 17 Oct 1900 &#8211; 19 Oct 1900<br \/>\nJohn Wood Carson &#8211; 22 April 1905 &#8211; 28 April 1905<br \/>\nNeal Wyatt Carson &#8211; 6 Nov 1906 &#8211; 28 Aug 1968 (my father)<br \/>\nMildred Leona Carson Peet &#8211; 17 June 1910 &#8211; 11 March 1887 (CA)<\/p>\n<p>Eula Neal Wood was the daughter of Benjamin Stewart Wood and Nancy Jane Hawk of Bradley County, TN.<\/p>\n<p>Benjamin was the son of John Clark Wood, Sr and Mary (Polly) Wooten.Married 7 Nov 1821 in Jefferson County, TN and moving to Bradley County abt 1837.<\/p>\n<p>John was the son of Wiley Wood and Jane Clark<\/p>\n<p>Mary was the daughter of Turner Wooten and Nacy Roper of Chesterfield County, VA and Jefferson County, TN<\/p>\n<p>Nancy Jane Hawk was the daughter of William H.
