Names appear just as they did in the W.P.A. typescript.&nbsp; An individual\u2019s name may appear under more than one spelling. For example, the name Fitzgerald appears as F.Garald, Fitzjerrell, Fgarald.<\/p>\n<p>The transcription provided to Bradley County TNGenWeb is lengthy.&nbsp; We have divided it into smaller sections for each of on-line reading and study.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.A. transcribers placed the minute book\u2019s original page numbers in brackets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The location of the original minute book is unknown.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Second Saturday January 1850 the Church met and after worship proceded to business<br \/>\n1th A doore was opened for the reception of members and recivd by letter Nancy Webb<br \/>\n2th by letter M.M. Webb and then dismist in order<br \/>\nMo Mc Atchley S. Atchley C.C.<\/p>\n<p>No meeting for the like of a Paster untill the following Date<br \/>\n2nd Saturday August 1850 The church met and Proceded to Business<\/p>\n<p>[P-30]<br \/>\n1stthe choses Brethern Davis Prady, John Standfield &amp; John McDowell and then Dismissed<\/p>\n<p>The friday before the first Saturday in Sept 1850 the Church met for the purpose of lettering Brothering Say J.M. Miller, Z. Gilbreth &amp; wife<\/p>\n<p>The 2 Saturday in Sept the church met and after worship proceded to business first chose Brothe J.P. Moon moderator for the present years called for the association letter red and recievd then dismissed in order<\/p>\n<p>2nd Saturday October 1850 The church met and after worship proceded to business 1th the church grants brother M.M. Webb &amp; wife Nancy Webb Letters of dismission if they Should move this Season and then dismissed in order J.P. Moon Mor.<\/p>\n<p>The 2n Saturday in November the church met and after worship proceded to business 1th the church grants B.F. Moore, Mary Moore &amp; Amanda Moore letters of dismission then dismissed in order J.P. Moon moderator<\/p>\n<p>Nothing of importance done from November to Aprile<\/p>\n<p>[P-31]<br \/>\nLimestone Meigs County<br \/>\n1th Saturday Aprile 1851 the church met and after worship proceded to business the rules of decorum red<br \/>\n2 a doore opened for the receprion of members and recivd by Letter Aaron Fitzjurrel &amp; wife Lucinda Fitzjurrel<br \/>\n3 the church agrees that the next meeting first Saturday in may 1851 Shall bee cl communion meeting and then dismissed in order<\/p>\n<p>Limestone 1th Saturday May 1851 the church met and after worship proceded to business<br \/>\n1th a doore opened for the reception of members and recivd by letter Charles Tillery and then dismissed in order<\/p>\n<p>The Sabbath following opend a doore and recivd by letter Archabald Fitzjurrel also Asa Fitzjurrel<\/p>\n<p>The 1th Saturday in June the church met and after worship cald for the business of the day thare beeing nothing present dismissed til Sabbath following then extended an arme to Brother John McDowels Bradley County then dismissed<\/p>\n<p>The 4 Saturday and Sabath in June 1851 the church met at brother John McDowels Bradley County and after worship proced to business 1th opened a doore for the reception of members and recivd<\/p>\n<p>[P-32]<br \/>\nBy Experience Mary Hardin also Rachal Haggard 2th By Letter Cary Fitzjurrel, Judith Fitzjurrel and Jane Nelson and John Nelson and then dismissed in order M.M. Webb Clerk<\/p>\n<p>The 2 Saturday in July 1851 the arme of Limestone church met at John McDowels and after worship Sat in conferance 1th opened a doore for the reception of members and recivd by enrolement Benjamin Hardin, Nancy Hardin, Mary Clark and on Sabbath opened a doore and recivd by enrolement Rutha Foster and on mondy receievd by Experience Phebe Walker John Stanfield C.C.<\/p>\n<p>1st Saturday in Agst 1851 the church met &amp; after worship Proceded to Business 1st open dors for the reception of members &amp; Rec none 2nd the church agrees &amp; sends the following Brethren to represent the next association to wit Davis Prady, Asa Fitsgarald &amp; Aron Fitzgarald 3d the church agrees to become a member of the General association by contribution &amp; delagate the following Bretheren wer apointed Archibald Fitzgerald, Wm. H. Hunter, Asa Fitzgarald &amp; Marshel Webb &amp; then dismised in order Brother M.M. Webb apointed protem<\/p>\n<p>[P-33]<br \/>\n4th Saturday in August 1851 the church met &amp; after worship set in conferance 1st opened doors for reception of members &amp; received by letter Thomas Tallent &amp; Lydia Tallent<br \/>\n2nd took up the case of moving the church from Limestone &amp; the church agrees to move it &amp; call it by the name of White Plains Bradley County<br \/>\n3d Brother Seth Atchley resigned the Clerk Ship &amp; the church Elected John Stanfield Clerk<br \/>\n4th apointed Brothers John Burns &amp; Seth Atchley as delegates to our next association &amp; Brother Asa Fitzgeral in case of failure dismised in order<br \/>\nJohn Stanfield Clerk John Burns Mo<\/p>\n<p>1st Saterday in September 1851 the church met &amp; after worship Proceded to business 1st opend door for the recption of members and received none 2nd the letter to the association was Read &amp; Received 3d moved &amp; Seconed the 12th Article to be stricken out of the rules of decorem 4th the church Solicits Aron Fitzgarald to take charge of the church &amp; consents to do so &amp; then dismissed in order<\/p>\n<p>4th Saterday in Sep 1851 the church met &amp; after worship opend doors &amp; Received by letter James Phillips &amp; Sarah Day &amp; Nancy Pierce by Experience Patsy Sebourn then dismissed in order Aron Fitzgarald Mo John Stanfield assistant Clerk<\/p>\n<p>[P-34]<br \/>\n1st Saterday in October 1851 the church met &amp; after worship proceded to business 1st read &amp; received the General association letter 2nd red &amp; received a petition from Shiloah to help them settle there difficulty then dismised in order A.
