CARTER, Devens Age 25, farmer, 5′ 10″ Enlisted Oct 25, 1862 at Scott Co. Died Jan 1863 of disease at hospital in Sheperdsville, KY before being mustered.<\/p>\n

CATE, John T. Age 27, farmer, 6′ Enlisted May 24, 1863 at Nashville. Promoted to 1st Sgt. Apr 30, 1864. POW – captured July 31, 1864 near Atlanta. Paroled Feb. 24, 1865 at Aikens Landing.<\/p>\n
