Petition Number 142, Year 1851_<\/p>\n

[Cover sheet indicates the petition was from citizens of McMinn, Meigs, Bradley and Hamilton counties. There is no petition in the file, only signatures. It was probably a pre-printed petition like the one immediately following it (number 143).
