Thatch was wife of H.C.Jones not Thutch Jan 26, 1896 May 28, 1934; however I do not believe that she ever had anything to do with James Co. The monument next to that James I Thatch, July 13, 1866, Mar 24, 1950 is that of my maternal grandparents. He MAY have had something to do with James Co. The farm where my mother and aunt grew up is in Bradley Co. never in James Co. I do remember my grandfather talking of James Co and of his going to the James Co Courthouse.]<\/p>\n
Burnes, James – Company E 5th Tenn Mtd Infantry
\nCain, James M – born Mar 17, 1861 – died Sep 2, 1902
\nChapman, Cynthia H – w\/of Samuel R Chapman – born Jul 30, 1842 – died Oct 20, 1880
\nCrim, William – 4th Tenn Calvary – born Jun 5, 1846 – died Sep 8, 1916
\nFitzgerald, Asa – born Oct 11, 1909 – died Aug 28, 1898
\nFitzgerald, Elijah – born Aug 16, 1816 – died Nov 18, 1873
\nFitzgerald, Margret – 1834 – 1896
\nFitzgerald, Nancy – born Jun 20, 1816 – died Jan 12, 1885
\nHardwick, S Moore – w\/of J J Hardwick – born 1860 – died Jul 3, 1922
\nHolland, Hugh P Rev – born Feb 11, 1811 – died Apr 7, 1881
\nHolland, Nancy – born Jul 29, 1906 (?) – died Jan 22, 1883
\nHoward, P L – born Jan 5, 1873 – died Aug 2, 1904
\nHoward, S P – born Sep 1828 – died Aug 2, 1902
\nHuffaker, Jesse T Rev – born Dec 10, 1838 – died Jan 10, 1916
\nHuffaker, Sarah Holland – w\/of Jesse T Huffaker – born Jul 29, 1906(?) – died Jan 22, 1883
\nJones, G Q – born Mar 27, 1857 – died Aug 7, 1933
\nJones, Henry – born Jun 27, 1892
\nJones, Martha – w\/of Henry Jones – born Jan 26, 1896 – died May 28, 1934
\nKelley, Susan Hoell – w\/of Joseph G Kelly – born Feb 21, 1851 – died Mar 1, 1900
\nLewis, Hannan – born May 27, 1844 – died Nov 24, 1896
\nLewis, Samuel – born Dec 5, 1807 – died Feb 6, 1892
\nLondon, Carolina – w\/of M V London – born Jun 1, 1844 – died Aug 12, 1909
\nLondon, L S – 1867 – 1902
\nLondon, M V – born Sep 5, 1842 – died Feb 24, 1906
\nMiller, Isabel L – w\/of T A Miller – born Jun 2, 1837 – died Jun 26, 1916
\nMiller, T A – born Aug 28, 1836 – died Dec 16, 1934
\nMurphy, V L – born Nov 18, 1877 – died Oct 18, 1896
\nPhillips, E S – born Aug 20, 1839 – died Mar 10, 1922
\nPhillips, Ellen – born Mar 18, 1844 – died Jun 30, 1913
\nRaines, Nancy Fitzgerald – w\/of William Raines – born Apr 7, 1848 – died Oct 21, 1887
\nRaines, William – born Jul 12, 1833 (?) – died Feb 7, 1927
\nRoach, Stephen – born Nov 12, 1838 – died Jun 6, 1907
\nTaylor, I (T ) J – Company L 4th TN Cav – born Sep 28, 1846 – died Sep 20, 1871
\nTaylor, Oliva Chapman – w\/of Rev Lee Taylor – died Aug 29, 1904 aged 64 yrs
\nThutch, Mattie E – w\/of H C Thutch – born Jan 26, 1896 – died May 28, 1924
\nWilson, Sarah – born Nov 21, 1833 – died Dec 23, 1838
\nWooden, John H – born Sep 28, 1849 – died May 3, 1921<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Jackie McClenahan indexed this compilation before she died in July, 1998 Caveat: All transcribed information on a Web site is subject to error. Some have reported errors in the data in Ms. McClenahan’s index.
