Simmons&#8217; uncle, Isham Simmons (1806-1852). John W. Simmons&#8217; grandmother, Phoebe (Clark) Simmons, was one of the church&#8217;s charter members.<br \/>\nThe lower arrow shows the location of Taylor&#8217;s Cemetery, where John W.
