I have reason to believe that my Baby Uncle was born and died in or near Big Sandy Tn. His name was Otis Miller. Older family members say he was born between 1910 & 1914. He died as an infant so I'm guessing he died the same year he was born. His parents were Finney Jackson Miller & Cordelia (Peck) Miller. He would have had two older siblings at the time. Alpha Miller & Eveline Miller. His father would have worked at the Old Lumber Mill in Big Sandy and his mother probably a housewife. I have been searching for years in Kentucky. I was just informed by an older Aunt that about the time little Otis was born and died might have been the brief period of time the family moved to Big Sandy for work at the Mill. I pray that you or someone can help me. Please let me know. I appreciate your time and efforts in this matter.
