I am looking for information on John JACKSON, son of Able JACKSON and Clarissa TOMLINSON of Humphries Co. John was born 1813. He married an Elizabeth. I desperately want her maiden name. John and Elizabeth had children Casander in 1832, William in 1838, Able Richmond in 1833, John Jr., Henry and Sarah. On the 1850 census there was a Sarah Tolls age 12 living with them. The family was on the 1860 census of Benton Co, but by 1870, they had moved on to possibly White Co., AR. This family is a problelm for me because of all the holes

Still looking for info to prove that ENOCH DEASON RUSHING was the son of JOHN AND MILLY DEASON RUSHING. John died in 1827 and left Milly with "several small children". I need verification that Enoch Deason Rushing was one of those small children. John Rushing was the son of ROBERT RUSHING of Bedford County Tn.

Seeking info on the ancesters of Robert Washington AYRES of Camden, Tenn. Born 1828 in Virginia. He organized a vol infantry unit and was elected Capt. Was a tobacco farmer and methodist minister. Married to Martha Ann HEGGIE. I have never been able to get much data about R.W. Ayres parents, etc. Would love to hear from anyone with any possible links. Anything on Ayres in general would be appreciated - naturally I will gladly share with anyone who could use my collected info.
