Heirs and distributors of Henry Moore, dec. of Bedford Co, State of Tn., do by mutual agreement on the 6th day of Feb. 1834 choose Samuel Brulch, Soloman Durrete, John Anthony, Joel Yewell and Abner Jones as commissioners to divide and make portion among the heirs and distributors of the estate which deemed to them from said Henry Moore,Dec., consisting of land, negros and other property was divided by our commissioners chosen as above into nine different lots and whereas said heirs and distributers______said division was made_____ draw each for one of said nine lotsand whereas Charles R. Moore drew a negro boy named about 12 years old being one of said nine lots. Now______know all men by their presence that we _____Mary Moore, Samuel Moore and Henry Moore of Lincoln Co. Tn, Michael Moore, David R. Moore, Elizabeth Moore, Benjamin Delk, wife Martha, Margaret Moore for and in consideration of one dollar to us in hand by the owed Charles R. Moore the aforesaid negro names Joseph to have and to hold to the said Charles R.
