Something fresh and different is happening in the tiny Bedford County artist’s community of Bell Buckle, a town of about 450 souls that lies between Music City – Nashville – and Chattanooga. The Bell Buckle Café on Railroad Square is fast becoming a center for musical talent from all over Middle Tennessee – and there’s even a record company issuing recordings by Café artists known as Bell Buckle Records.
