John E. Hall Will 671 Know all men by these presents that I John E. Hall Being of sound and disposing mind and Memory do Make and publish this My last will and testament written with my own hand. My will is all of My just debts and funeral expenses Shall by My Executor Soon after Named be paid out of My estate, as soon as my decease and Shall by her be An? srined? I give desire? and bequeath to my beloved wife Eliza J. Hall, who has been a loving and faithful wife to me for more than thirty years, all my property both real and personal, including land? tenements?, House= hold and Kitchen furniture, Stock of all Kinds, Farming implements, infact-everything pertaining to the farm to have and hold during her natural life for the use of her and My Children. Should? there? be? any except of Stock or any other personals at the time of My decease, or any other time, during her Natural life, She shall have full power to dispose of the same in any Manner that she may think proper?. She may at any time give to any of my children any Issuing? of property she may desire, and change the? same as an advancement? without interest. I do appoint My wife Eliza J. Hall My executrix without bond. After her decease my desire is that all my property Both real and personal be sold and all my Children Made equal. This land to be sold in one or more? ____? and on Such terms as the children may think best,
