Kelley, former postmaster in Lake City, dies<\/strong>.\u00a0 Frank F. Kelley, 64, former postmaster and insurance agent in Lake City, died of a heart attack last Thursday morning at Oak Ridge Hospital.<\/p>\n He had resided in Oak Ridge for the past five years.\u00a0 Kelley retired two years ago from H. B. Watts Insurance Co. in Lake City where he was employed from 1956 to 1969.\u00a0 He served as postmaster at Lake City from 1938 to 1952.\u00a0 Between 1952 and 1955, Kelley was employed by Lawson Motors of Lake City.<\/p>\n Born in Knoxville, he lived there until moving to Lake City to help his brother, the late Dr. George M. Kelley, set up Kelley Hospital.\u00a0 He served as the hospital\u2019s business manager until it closed in the 1930s.\u00a0 Kelley was a member of Lake City United Methodist Church.<\/p>\n He leaves his wife, Mrs. Katherine Kelley; two sons, Charles Kelley of Marietta, Ga.\u00a0 and Douglas Kelley of Claxton; three daughters, Miss Mary Frank Kelley of Louisville, Mrs. Becky Church of Coldwater, Mich.\u00a0 And Miss Jane Kelley of Oak Ridge; one brother, the Rev. Jack Kelley of Tampa; six grandchildren.<\/p>\n Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Martin Funeral Home in Lake City.\u00a0 The Rev. W. Laurens Hudson and the Rev. Robert O.
