That the county lines between the counties of Roane, Anderson and Morgan, be changed as follows: To be continued between Roane and Anderson, with the extreme height of the Pine Ridge, a northeasterly direction, to the Mountain Fork of Poplar Creek; thence up with the meanders of said creek to the north side of Walden’s Ridge; thence with the foot of said Ridge, a westerly direction, to the West Fork of the Indian Fork of Poplar Creek, to the place where the county line between Roane and Morgan, now crosses said creek.
