Georgia C. Warwick, 89, of Andersonville died Thursday, April 15, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.<\/p>\n
She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Andersonville.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Warwick was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund Ross DeMarcus and Martha Hutchison DeMarcus; husband, Lawrence F. Warwick; sisters, Willie E. Warwick and Lucy Ezell; and one brother, Fred DeMarcus.<\/p>\n
She is survived by two sons, Robert Warwick and wife Lois and Venturia Warwick and wife Darlene, all of Andersonville; four daughters, Bernice Warwick of Norris, Marjorie Unthank and husband David of New Lisbon, IN, Fay Emmett and husband David of Halls, and Patsy Buchanan and husband Pete of Powell.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Warwick is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n
The family received friends from 6-8 pm Friday, April 16, in the Anderson County Funeral Home chapel, with the funeral service at 8 pm.<\/p>\n
The graveside service was 11 am Saturday, April 17, in Mount Olive Cemetery, Andersonville, with the Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating.<\/p>\n
