C. Baker and wife who reside on Moore\u2019s Ferry Road, died Sunday night of poliomyelitis, a disease prevalent with children in the east.<\/p>\n<p>The funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9:30 o\u2019clock at the home conducted by Rev. H. M. Hawk, pastor of the M. E. Church.\u00a0 The remains were laid to rest in Baker Cemetery in North Clinton.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Card of Thanks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We desire to thank our neighbors and friends for their kindness, sympathy and assistance during the illness and death of our little boy.\u00a0 We will ever remember them.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Baker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transcriber\u2019s note<\/strong>:\u00a0 Infant\u2019s name is taken from his tombstone recorded in <em>Anderson County, Tennessee, \u00a0Cemetery Records<\/em>, by Mary S. Harris.\u00a0 The cemetery referred to is listed as the Baker-McAdoo Cemetery in Mrs. Harris\u2019 book.\u00a0 It is located at the corner of Baker and McAdoo Streets in Clinton.<\/p>\n<p>[Transcribed by Stephanie A.
