KNOXVILLE, Tenn. \u2013 Grubb, Vernon Eugene<\/p>\n
Vernon Eugene Grubb, age 70, of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at NHC St. Mary’s<\/p>\n
He was preceded in death by his father, Kelly Grubb; mother, Trudy Grubb; sister, Betty Haggard; and brothers, Bill Grubb and Jim Grubb<\/p>\n
Survivors include his children, Sharon Beaty of Georgia, and Gene Grubb of Florida; brother, Lonnie Grubb of Claxton; sister, Ozella Pickard and husband, Oakie, of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City<\/p>\n
