Alcorn, 2002:<\/h2>\n<p>Paul F. Alcorn, age 65, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed away Thursday, Oct. 17, 2002, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Alcorn was born May 2, 1937, in Anderson County.<\/p>\n<p>He was a retired carpenter and a member of Kellytown Baptist Church.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Alcorn\u00a0was preceded in death by: his parents, the Rev. Franklin A. Alcorn\u00a0and Katherine Rickett\u00a0Alcorn; brothers, Clyde, Troy, Earl and Bill; sister, Dorothy Alcorn.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors: son, Anthony Alcorn\u00a0of Georgia; brothers, Ray Alcorn\u00a0and wife Bess of Oliver Springs, Claude Alcorn and wife Libby of St. Jose, FL; special friend, Fredericka Worthington of Lake City; a host of nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n<p>The family received friends 6-8 pm Friday, Oct. 18, 2002, at Sharp Funeral Home. Funeral services followed at 8 pm in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home with the Rev.
