Blanche Lyke\u00a0Abrams, 88, of Unaka Street, Clinton, died Wednesday at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Abrams was born June 15, 1905, in Knoxville, to William W. and Margaret Burris Lyke.<\/p>\n
A homemaker, she was a member of South Clinton Baptist CHruch.<\/p>\n
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Leslie and Irma Johnson of Clinton; James R and Kathy Johnson of Chamblee, Ga; grandchildren, Denise Ray, Cheryl Shankin, David, Howie and Jon Johnson; great-grandchildren, Melissa, Lauren, Annie, Jeffrey, Devon, Kathleen and Elijah; sisters, Nell Rolen and Cecil Lee, both of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n
Services were held Saturday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Owens officiating. Burial will be at 2pm Sunday at Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens.<\/p>\n
