Foust, 1995:<\/h2>\n<p>John W. Foust, 69 of Claxton community, Powell died Tuesday in his home.<\/p>\n<p>The son of William \u201cRuf\u201d and Bertha Slover Foust, he was born Nov. 9, 1925, in Lake City.\u00a0 Mr. Foust was retired from Borden Dairy and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; and granddaughter, Jennifer Mounts.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Vida Mae Martin Foust of Claxton; daughters and sons-in-law, Geraldine Foust of Clinton, Tina and Gary Mounts of Armada, MI and Jackie and Glen Yearwood of Smyrna; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Sharon Foust of Warren, MI; grandchildren, Steve Foust, Susan Mounts, Jennifer Yearwood and Eric Yearwood; brother and sister-in-law, Warren David and Mary Jo Foust of Clinton; and a sister, Willmida Miller of Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<p>Family had a private service.
