{"id":1076,"date":"2011-09-08T05:54:00","date_gmt":"2011-09-08T00:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tngenweb.org\/anderson2\/?p=1076"},"modified":"2017-06-09T16:32:21","modified_gmt":"2017-06-09T21:32:21","slug":"obituary-of-allie-lois-low-foust-1991","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/andersoncounty\/2011\/09\/obituary-of-allie-lois-low-foust-1991\/","title":{"rendered":"Obituary &#8211; Foust, Allie Lois Low, 1991"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Obituary of Allie Lois Low Foust, 1991:<\/h2>\n<p>Allie Lois Low Foust, 61, of Fultz Road, Clinton, died Wednesday at her home.<\/p>\n<p>She was a native of Milan and a member of the Clinton Church of Christ.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Foust had worked as a nurse\u2019s aide at the Oak Ridge Retirement Center.<\/p>\n<p>Her parents were the late William Clint and Ruby Lee Killeen Webb.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her first husband, Quinton Low, and a sister, Frances Woods.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include her husband, Carvel K. Foust of Clinton; a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and O.V. William of Vernon, FL; a son and daughter-in-law, Patrick Quinton and Melody Low of Oliver Springs; grandson, Pvt. Kennith N. Fortune of Florida; granddaughter, Crystal R. Low of Oliver Springs; sisters, Trilla Cooper of Lake City; Shirley Kolkman of Alamosa, CO; two brothers, Albert and Jackie Webb of Clinton; and a brother-in-law, Raymond Woods of Clinton.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Clinton Church of Christ with Arthur Pigman officiating. Burial was in Tennessee Valley Memorial Gardens.
