Lois Ann Warwick, age 67, of Andersonville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002, at Methodist Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 27, 1935.
A lifelong resident of Anderson County, she graduated in 1954 from Norris High School. She served Anderson County for 17 years as deputy register of deed, and worked at CAN/NHC of Oak Ridge.
She was preceded in death by: father, Claude Monroe Jenkins.
Mrs. Warwick is survived by: husband, Robert E. Warwick of Andersonville; mother, Mable Walker Jenkins of Clinton; daughter, Deborah Elliott and husband Benny of Clinton; grandson, Bobby Elliott and fiancée, Sara Pollard of Knoxville; granddaughter, Elizabeth Lynn Elliott and fiancé` Jeff Smith of Clinton; brother, Ray Jenkins and wife Brenda of Andersonville; sister, Suellen Brown and husband Al of Powell; sisters-in-law, Bernice Warwick of Lake City, Marjorie Unthank and husband David of Knoxville, Patsy Buchanan and husband Pete of Powell; brother-in-law, Leffew Warwick and wife Darlene of Andersonville; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Warwick’s family wishes to convey special appreciation to her sisters-in-law Faye Emmett and Patsy Buchanan for their visits and acts of kindness during her illness. Also, the family wishes to extend special appreciation to Dr. Jose Malagone and his staff at Clinton Family Physicians as well as Dr. James Michael and the staff at Parkway Cardiology.
The family received friends 6-8 pm Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at Anderson County Funeral Home in Clinton with funeral service following at 8 pm in the chapel.
