Funeral services for Madeline L. Wallace, 69, of Park Lane in Andersonville, were held Saturday at Red Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Donnie Disney officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wallace died Wednesday at her home. She was born in Woodland, IL, on Oct. 22, 1924, to the late John L. and Hettie Ballard. A brother, F. Calvin Ballard, also died earlier.
She was retired from Youngstown Sheet and Tool Co. in Indiana Harbor, IN; and was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Francis Wallace; a daughter, Deborah L. Seiber, both of Andersonville; a son, Frank Wallace of Powell; granddaughter, Jennifer R. Lawhorn of Andersonville; sisters, Etta I. Grady of Denver, CO; and Ella B. Hubner of Gibson City, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
