Obituary of Inez L. Foust, 1995:
Inez L. Foust, 67 of Lake City Medford community, died Saturday in Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
The daughter of Gideon and Mattie Pike Golden, she was born Feb. 6, 1928 in Bethany, IL. Mrs. Foust was a member of Hillvale Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by son, Glenn Foust Jr.; parents; grandson, Derick Foust; granddaughter, April Michelle Maiden; brother, Earl Golden; and sister Wanda Lou Golden.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Glenn Foust of Lake City; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Debra Foust of Clinton; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Edward Bishop and Shona and Ricky Shultz, all of Clinton, and Sandra and Billy Joe Chapman, Glenna Kay and Ned Maiden, and Sheila And David Poore, all of Lake City; grandchildren, Robert Bishop, Christopher Bishop, Shannon Renee Foust, Deidra Diane Boruff, Jennifer Marie Maiden and Ashley Nicole Shultz; great-grandchildren, Samantha Danielle Boruff; brothers and sister-in-law, Roy and Jessie Golden of Clinton and Arnold and Judy Golden of Lake City; sister, Thelma Melton of Norris; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Jo and Kenneth Raines of Caryville, Wilma Bernice and Boyd Walker and Barbara and the Rev. Charles Harness, all of Clinton.
Funeral service was Tuesday in Cox Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Terry Slover and the Rev. Charles Harness officiating. Burial was in Foust Cemetery.
