Obituary – Rosa M. Davis
Rosa M. Davis age 88 of Clinton TN, passed away on Saturday March 5, 2011 at the NHC Health Care Center in Oak Ridge TN. Rosa was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her flowers and gardening. Rosa was an excellent cook. She was a member of North Clinton Baptist Church in Clinton, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Davis; daughter, Joan Wilson; siblings, Louise S. Johnson, Dewey James Yarber, Leo John Yarber, Mary M. Bullock Long, and Luther Yarber. Survivors: Son, Tim Davis & wife Cheryl of Powell, TN; Daughter, Mary Colburn & husband Mike of Clinton, TN; Sister, Jessie Carroll of Clinton, TN. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. Rosa’s family will receive her friends on Monday, March 7th from 6 – 8 PM with her funeral service following at 8 PM in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Bill Tackett officiating. Her interment will be Tuesday, March 8th at 10 AM at Farmers Grove Cemetery in Clinton, TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton TN is in charge of all arrangements. http://jonesmortuaryllc.com/
